Submit Your Abstract

The Sakura Nursing Forum 2027 invites the submission of original abstracts for consideration in the scientific programme.
Submissions are welcome from nursing researchers, clinical educators, advanced practitioners, policy professionals, and students across all areas of nursing practice, education, leadership, and innovation.

All submitted abstracts undergo structured peer review by members of the International Scientific Committee. Evaluation criteria are: relevance to contemporary nursing, methodological or practice quality, originality of contribution, and practical or educational impact.

Accepted abstracts are scheduled for oral or poster presentation within the appropriate scientific track. Authors receive formal written notification of outcome within four weeks of submission.

  • Language: English

  • Word Limit: 250–300 words

  • Structure:

    1. Background / Objective

    2. Methods / Approach

    3. Results / Practice Implications

    4. Conclusion / Recommendations

  • Ethics / Patient Consent: Required if applicable

  • Authors: One abstract per presenting author

  • Formatting: Times New Roman 12pt, single-spaced

  • File Type: PDF or Word

  • Note: Only registered participants will receive a certificate of presentation.

  • Abstracts must represent original work not previously published or presented.

  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance; all abstracts are subject to peer review.

  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign abstracts to appropriate sessions.

  • Presenting authors must complete registration by the stated deadline to confirm inclusion in the program.
