Registration & Participation Information

Registration for Sakura Nursing Forum 2027 is open to healthcare professionals, educators, researchers, students, and industry partners involved in nursing practice, education, leadership, and innovation.

All participants are required to complete registration in order to attend the conference, present accepted abstracts, and receive official participation or presentation certificates.

Registration Requirement for Presenters

  • All presenting authors (oral, poster, student, and practice showcase) are required to complete registration in order to confirm inclusion in the final scientific program and receive a certificate of presentation.
  • Abstract acceptance does not automatically include registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received before 31 January 2027: Partial refund (administrative fee applies)

  • Cancellations after 1 February 2027: No refund

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time: up to 30 business days

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation Policy In The Events Of Natural Disasters Or Unpredictable Activity ↓​

In the event that the conference is unavoidably altered, postponed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control—including, but not limited to, natural disasters, force majeure events, accidents, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen situations—the Organizer appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all participants. In such cases, the Organizer shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Should it become necessary to postpone or cancel the conference due to natural disasters, public safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Organizer regrets that refunds for travel, accommodation, or related expenses cannot be provided. However, as a gesture of fairness and goodwill, registered delegates and attendees will be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration and accommodation fees to a future or related conference organized by the same body.

While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure a safe and well-organized event, the Organizer respectfully cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to personal property experienced by participants during or in connection with the conference.
