Early Bird Registration Extended
In response to the summer academic schedule observed by many universities, the Early Bird registration period has been extended, allowing additional time for colleagues who may be away from campus or completing institutional administrative arrangements.
The Sakura Nursing Forum 2027 welcomes participation from researchers, clinicians, educators, and professionals engaged in nursing practice and health systems.
Registration provides access to all scientific sessions, including keynote lectures, oral presentations, and thematic discussions.
Participation is designed to support focused academic exchange within a structured and collegial setting.

Institutional group registration
To facilitate institutional participation, the Forum offers an Institutional Group Registration Policy for universities, hospitals, research institutes, healthcare organisations, and professional societies registering multiple delegates under the same institution. The policy is intended to support collaborative academic participation while ensuring consistency and fairness within the registration process.The policy is intended to encourage collaborative participation by academic institutions while ensuring a consistent and transparent registration process.
Eligibility
The Group Registration Policy applies to participants who:
- are affiliated with the same university, hospital, healthcare organisation, research institute, or professional society;
- complete registration through a designated group representative;
- Register for the same edition of the Sakura Nursing Forum
- Participants are not required to present the same abstract or belong to the same department; the policy applies to eligible colleagues registering under the same institution or organisation
Registration procedure
Institutions wishing to make use of the Group Registration Policy are kindly invited to contact the Secretariat prior to completing registration. Following confirmation of eligibility, the Secretariat will provide the applicable registration arrangements and payment instructions.

- The Group Registration Policy is intended to facilitate institutional participation and academic collaboration.
- The applicable Group Registration Rate will be calculated from the published registration fee in effect at the time registration is completed.
- This policy cannot be combined with any other registration reductions unless confirmed in writing by the Secretariat.
- The Secretariat reserves the right to request institutional confirmation where necessary to verify eligibility for the Group Registration Policy.
The registration fee includes
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Participation in keynote and thematic discussions
- Conference materials and programme access
- Certificate of participation
REGISTRATION PROCESS
To complete your registration:
- Submit your abstract (if presenting)
- Receive confirmation of acceptance (if applicable)
- Complete the registration process
- Receive official confirmation and documentation
For participants not submitting abstracts, direct registration is available.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of USD 200.
- Cancellations made 90–120 days prior to the conference start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable.
Registrations may be transferred to a future edition of the Forum upon request.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notification.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation bookings are arranged as group reservations.
Cancellations received within 10 days of the conference start date are non-refundable.
Accommodation bookings may be transferred to a future edition, subject to availability.
Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the conference due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, registration may be transferred to a future edition of the Forum. Direct refunds may not be applicable.
