Round 2 Submission Deadline

27 September 2026

We are pleased to announce that a second round of abstract submissions is now open for the Sakura Nursing Forum 2027.

The summer holiday period often presents challenges for researchers who may be away from their institutions, supervising students, or managing fieldwork. Recognizing this, the Scientific Committee has decided to open a second round of submissions to ensure that colleagues who were unable to finalise their abstracts during the summer months have a fair opportunity to contribute. Whether you were travelling, conducting fieldwork, or occupied with academic commitments during the holiday season, Round 2 provides the additional time needed to prepare and submit your work.

Submission

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts for consideration in the scientific program of the Sakura Nursing Forum 2027.
Submissions are received through the official submission system and are considered through a peer review process overseen by the Scientific Committee.

Before You Submit

Authors are kindly requested to ensure that their submission:
  • Aligns with the thematic scope of the Forum
  • Follows the prescribed structure and word limit
  • Has been prepared in accordance with the submission guidelines
The use of the official abstract template is strongly recommended to ensure consistency in formatting.

Review Process

All submissions are evaluated based on academic quality, methodological clarity, and relevance to the Forum.

The programme is developed with a selective approach, with the aim of maintaining a focused and coherent academic exchange.
