General Requirements

Authors are invited to submit original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.

Submissions should reflect a clear research objective, appropriate methodology, and a meaningful contribution to nursing science, education, or clinical practice.

All abstracts must be prepared in clear and concise English.

Abstract Structure

Abstracts should be structured to provide a coherent and informative summary of the work. Where applicable, authors are expected to include:

  • Background or context
  • Objectives or research questions
  • Methods or approach
  • Key findings or results
  • Conclusions and implications for practice

Submissions that do not follow a clear structure may be returned for revision prior to review.

Word Limit

Abstracts should be between 250 and 300 words.

Submissions exceeding this limit may not be considered.

Formatting

Authors are encouraged to use the official abstract template provided to ensure consistency in formatting.

The use of standard scientific terminology is expected. Abbreviations should be defined at first use. References are not required within the abstract.

Language and Clarity

Submissions should be written in professional academic English. Clarity of expression and precision in terminology are essential for effective review.

Authors for whom English is not a first language are encouraged to ensure linguistic accuracy prior to submission.

Ethical Considerations

Where applicable, submissions should reflect appropriate ethical standards, including approval from relevant institutional review bodies.

Studies involving human participants should indicate adherence to ethical guidelines.

Review and Selection

All submissions are evaluated through a peer review process overseen by the Scientific Committee.

Selection is based on academic quality, methodological clarity, relevance to the Forum’s scope, and contribution to the field.

The program is developed with a selective approach to ensure a focused and coherent academic exchange.

Revision Policy

Where appropriate, authors may be invited to revise their abstract to improve clarity or alignment with the program.
